1) A proposal has been received that outlines all work to be completed. The total price has been entered above and is agreed to.

2) The person completing this service agreement must be the property owner or legal tenant with owner permission.

3)We use your pictures to access each repair. If circumstances or information not reasonably apparent in the pictures alter the scope of work, there may be additional charges.

4) Mailbox Menders is not responsible for damage to vegetation during repair or installation.

5) Access to an electrical outlet must be provided.

6) Should a mailbox need to be moved to another location the property owner or legal tenant is responsible for locating underground utilities prior to installation. This can be done by contacting 811.org

7) Upon completion the property owner or legal tenant should inspect the work and indicate that it is satisfactory. This can be done verbally, by text, or by email.

8) Payment due immediately upon completion in the form of a credit/debit card, cash, or check.
